1️⃣ Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all tags, manuals, and accessories intact
If the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos as proof.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear
- Used or damaged items (if damaged by customer)
- Items without original packaging
3️⃣ Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4️⃣ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
5️⃣ Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of defective or wrong product, return shipping cost will be borne by Saqib Cart.
